How to get the latest version of the programs 

FULL PROGRAM INSTALLATION.
Download this installation file, which includes the following programs:
T3DO, DMA, DDP-Ortho.

To install all the programs without a sample case library, use this link.

We recommend the use of Chrome or Firefox browsers to download these files. 
We recommend downloading the case library at least for the first installation. During the instruction webinars, some of the cases that are used there for training, are included in this library.

This installation includes only the DDP-Ortho program

Remote Support

    Use TeamViewer version 13. The program can be downloaded from this link. TeamViewer_Setup.exe

 

 

 

 

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR INSTALLING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE DOWNLOAD

 

On Google Chrome, at the bottom left, the tool that displays the download appears

when the download is complete, start the installation program as shown

All our files are free of viruses and any other kind of malicious files.

Despite this, the installed antivirus program will be able to report the downloaded file as a possible threat or very rare and to be verified, this is the Windows Defender screen

Click on "More info"

Click on "Run anyway"

To finish Windows will always display the following screen (even when there are updates to the program)

Click on "Yes".

Proceed with the installation in the usual way.

Program updates

Every time a program update is published, if your computer is connected to the Internet, a message like this will appear

click on "Ok"

click on "Update"

Update of the DDP-ortho

This program has its own update procedure.

 

Activation of the t3DO software

In the main program window, click on the "Options" button and open the option window. Select "Program License" and enter the code (token) of 40 characters received from us by Email. We suggest to make a copy and paste, and press the "Activate License" button.

 

Activation of the DDP-ortho program

This program requires a free registration

fill out the form completely, then wait for the arrival of a confirmation email that will contain a link on which to click that will complete the registration.

For operating system Windows:

  • RAM: 4-8 GB
  • Processor i5 3.0 GHz
  • Hard disk 250 GB, minimum 6GB free
  • Graphic card GeForce/ATI/Intel with minimum 2 GB RAM or anywhere a laptop's graphics card
  • Windows 7 or higher



For operating system Mac OSX:

  • RAM: 4-8 GB
  • Processor i5 3.0 GHz
  • Hard disk 250 GB minimum 6GB free
  • Graphic card Geforce/ATI/Intel with minimum 2 GB RAM or anywhere a mac laptop's graphics card
  • Mac OSX 10.6 or higher

In brief

Any new computer is enough.

Any old computer of 1-4 years old, and working agile with other programs is acceptable.

 

 

Instructions for Apple Computer Owners

The programs can be installed on Apple computers, even with M1, M", M3 processors, within a Windows installation.

Windows can be installed in more ways:

  • With Boot Camp, faster, but only with Intel processors
  • With Parallels, which is slower, if you have an Intel processor you will have to install Windows 10 64 or Windows 11, if you have an M1, M2, M3 processor you will install Windows ARM.
  • With other programs that allow the installation of Windows

Windows, Boot Camp, and Parallels must be purchased and installed.

Windows must be registered and updated.

The windows right mouse button on mac is Ctrl + clic.
